Mail operations engineer
You have run Postfix or similar at scale, know what a bounce code means, and have opinions about DMARC. Remote.
Customer onboarding specialist (US)
You will spend your days on 15-minute DNS calls with office managers and like it. US-based; HIPAA training provided.
Support specialist (Southeast Asia, shifts)
Tier-1 support covering US evenings. No access to message content; metadata and configuration only.
Partner manager
Build the MSP and billing-company channel. You have sold through partners before.
