2. Add-ons
- Archive add-on: 6-year (healthcare, legal, wealth profiles) or 7-year (accounting profile) immutable retention with legal hold — Gateway and Hosted.
- Branding add-on: logo, colors, sender name and custom subdomain on recipient pages — Gateway and Hosted.
- Additional mailbox storage: 50 GB blocks — Hosted.
- Migration above 50 seats — Hosted.
3. Included services
- Onboarding assistance by scheduled call: DNS, connector/relay, device setup, migration cutover.
- Support per the Service Level Agreement.
- Quarterly compliance report; annual safeguards letter; evidence packs.
- Status page; incident notification per the Terms.
4. Not included
- Legal advice or compliance certification.
- Services of the Customer’s email provider (Google, Microsoft) or practice software.
- File storage, chat, video, forms or e-signature products.
- Custom development; dedicated infrastructure (available by separate agreement for 250+ seats).
5. Payment methods
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and ACH Direct Debit via Stripe; PayPal via PayPal, Inc.; invoicing for annual plans over 25 seats. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance.
6. Limits
Message size 35 MB (2 GB via locked delivery); recipients per message 100 (500 on Pro); sending volume per the Acceptable Use Policy; policy rules 500 per organization; devices per user 10; export job 50 GB. Limits may be raised on request.
7. Service changes
Per the Terms §8.3: no material reduction during a paid term; 30 days’ notice of material changes; 12 months’ notice of discontinuation with export assistance.
