Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Healthcare practices, accounting firms, law offices and advisers serve everyone, and so must their tools. PacinfraX Corporation is committed to making pxcmail.com and the PXCMail applications accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we do

  • Design and build to WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard operability for every control, visible focus indicators, logical heading structure and landmarks, text alternatives for meaningful images and icons, sufficient color contrast in light and dark modes (minimum 4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for controls), labels and error messages for forms, support for 200% zoom and reflow, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
  • Test with automated tools (axe-core) on every release and with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) and keyboard-only navigation before each major release.
  • Train our designers and engineers in accessible development and include accessibility criteria in our definition of done.
  • Publish a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) based on the WCAG 2.1 edition of the Accessibility Conformance Report for the applications.

Conformance status

pxcmail.com: partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Automated checks pass with zero violations on audited pages; manual screen-reader review is scheduled before general availability. PXCMail web applications (webmail, console, encrypted delivery pages): conformance review and VPAT scheduled before general availability; results will be published here.

Known limitations

  • Some product illustrations are decorative CSS mock-ups with text alternatives summarizing their content rather than full data tables.
  • Third-party components (payment checkout, e-signature, scheduling) are provided by vendors whose accessibility statements we review; report issues with those flows to us and we will escalate.
  • Email clients used to read messages from PXCMail (Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail) are outside our control.

Compatibility

The website and applications are designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA and JAWS on Windows, and TalkBack on Android. They do not require a mouse.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division (ADA) or, for California residents, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. We would prefer the chance to fix it first.
